I have been bringing my truck to Tires Tires Tires for the last 15 years. The last 5 years I've been at the Michael Circle location. My service advisor is Bob and he has went above and beyond to keep my truck running. He has always kept me informed on what has been needed to get the repair done and has treated me fairly on the price. When work was under warranty they fixed it without hesitation. The guys giving courtesy rides couldn't be nicer.
The absolutely BEST Tire store in SC!! Customer Service is very kind, professional and informative. They were putting on new tires, and found a dent in my wheel. Said they didn't know if it was our fault or theirs, but replaced it w/a new one THEY called and located one- No charge- because it happened in their garage. Amazing!!! Luv, luv, luv!!!
I called Duane and your excellent staff about a rental van with terrible front tire tread. He went to work, right away, on getting approval for fixing the front tires, even though it wasn't through Enterprise Rental. With Manager Approval, from start to finish, they fixed, and made certain, that all 4 tires were safe for travelling. You all deserve the highest business ratings possible! Thank you so very much.
